We, Sundaram Alloys Limited are 100% subsidiary of Shyam Ferro Alloys Limited (SFAL), one of the largest manufacturers of Ferro Alloys in the country. Shyam Ferro Alloys Ltd has a considerable market share in the indigenous and global market, having their production unit at Angadpur, Durgapur and at Palitpur, Burdwan in the district of Burdwan in West Bengal, India with a capacity of producing 160000 MT per annum and experience of 23 years.
As a subsidiary of SFAL presently we are producing High Carbon Ferro Manganese and High Carbon Silico Manganese with an installed capacity of 55000 MTPA. We are going to increase our capacity as well as value addition for producing value added Ferro Alloys namely Medium Carbon and Low Carbon Ferro Alloys at our plant at Atchutapuram, visakhapatnam in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India. The plant comes within a Special Economic Zone.
Shyam Ferro Alloys Ltd. has earned an appreciative clientele in Indian market as well as in entire world market. Our product has reached to almost all big consumers all over the globe directly or indirectly. We are also using best quality of raw material including Manganese Ore procuring from the different parts of the world specially from Australia, Gabon, South Africa, Brazil etc. as a subsidiary to the same we are making an add on to the existing system to satisfy the market demand of ferro alloys.
Maintaining consistent quality and Customer's satisfaction is our main motto. We are dedicated to satisfy the customer’s need by supplying Quality Product within the stipulated time.
The finished product is in the form of metal cakes of Ferro Manganese, Silico Manganese, Ferro Chrome and other products. They are broken into the required size and further screened to ensure perfect size as per the requirement of customers. The sized metal is transported to the specified area in stockyards. The appropriate work instruction for metal handling are followed every day. Before the final despatch to the Customer we are getting it retested by Internationally reputed Third Party to ensure the proper product for our customers.
We are manufacturing Ferro Alloys since the year 2007 . Our Total production capacity is around 100000 MT per annum. Due to total integration cost of our production is much lower than other Ferro Alloys Units.
